Toast with Cream Cheese - POST EXERCISE SNACK

Serves 1 (contains approximately 164 kcal)

The Ingredients

1 slice wholemeal sourdough loaf (40g)

1 tablespoon light cream cheese (15g)

The Method

Toast the bread and spread with the cream cheese. Cut on the diagonal and arrange on a plate to serve.
