120g rolled oats
180g natural peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Using your hands or a small ice cream scoop if you have one, form into 15 balls. If you find the mixture is a little sticky, then just wet your hands. Finally roll in the sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and store the remainder in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
