Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwich - EVERYDAY SNACK

Serves 1 (contains approximately 165 kcal)

The Ingredients

2 wholegrain crackers (16g) (such as Nairn’s wholegrain)

1 tablespoon peanut butter (100% nuts) (15g)

The Method

Spread one of the crackers with the peanut butter and top with the other cracker. Arrange on a plate to serve.
