200g tin baked beans
2 slices wholemeal toast
1 teaspoon softened butter (5g)
Pour the baked beans into a small saucepan and simmer gently until piping hot, stirring occasionally.
This can also be done in a bowl in the microwave if you prefer.
Toast the bread and spread with the butter. Arrange on a plate and spoon over the baked beans to serve.
